RENTAL INFORMATION
RENTAL RATES, HOURS & FEES
Monday – Wednesday: $200 per day (10 a.m. until midnight)
Thursday – Saturday: $275 per day (10 a.m. until midnight)
There is a $100.00 non refundable deposit required to secure rental date. The deposit is credited towards your total rental fees.
Security Guard fee: $75 (only if alcohol service is provided)
Bar Permit fee: $50 (only if alcohol service is provided)
Hall seating capacity: with a dance floor – 135 people without a dance floor – 190 people
Rental includes set up and use of 8ft rectangle tables & folding chairs, and cleaning of hall after use. The renter is responsible for any decorating and taking down of decorations. Lap length linen table cloths for the guests’ tables are included in the rental. Any additional lap length cloths are $2.00 each. Floor length tablecovers can be provided for $12.00 each.
The Banquet Hall is not rented without purchasing food catering from George’s Restaurant/Catering. No outside caterers or food are allowed, with the exception of birthday or wedding cakes.
Pricing for food catering is quoted per person, and includes any sales tax (if applicable), china rentals & linens (if applicable), and gratuity. This pricing is determined by the menu chosen, number of guests, and type of service.
ALCOHOL SERVICE
All alcohol service is through George’s Restaurant/Catering. No outside alcohol is allowed. We can proved an open bar, cash bar, or combination of both. There is a 15% gratuity added to the total bar bill for an open bar. Alcohol pricing is as follows:
Keg Beer (open bar only) – $275 per keg + 15% gratuity
Bottle Domestic Beer $3 each
Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet $5 per glass
Margaritas & Mixed (well) Drinks $5 each
Sodas & Bottle Water $1 each
