Conveniently located just off of I-35 and across from the original George’s is our Banquet Hall. Our venue is good for any occasion, whether you’re planning a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday party, sports banquet or company meeting. Facility and Capacity

George’s Banquet Hall is a warm and welcoming choice near the heart of Waco. With spacious seating and extensive parking options, you will never have to worry about fitting your entire family, business, or sports team here. To adequately accommodate moderately sized parties, we offer tables and chairs for up to 175 guests.

Here at George’s, we understand the importance of quality food and beverages during celebrations and gatherings. That’s why we’ve put thought and intention in crafting predesigned menus to choose from and also offer the option of creating a custom menu to meet your needs. With breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, we’ve got you covered, regardless of the type of event. To ensure the best possible experience dining with us, we even prepare the food on-site. Whether you are bringing a party of 15 or 150, our staff will make sure everything runs smoothly.

Rental Information

RENTAL RATES, HOURS & FEES (all pricing is subject to change)


Monday – Thursday: $300.00 per day (10:00 a.m. until midnight)

Friday – Saturday: $400.00 per day (10:00 a.m. until midnight)

Note: An additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be added for event hours earlier than 10:00 a.m.


There is a $200.00 non refundable deposit required and valid credit card information on file to secure rental (deposit is credited towards your total rental & fees


Security Guard fee: $45.00 per hour (4 hr minimum required only if alcohol service is provided)

Bar Fee: $200.00 (only if alcohol service is provided with more than 75 guests)

Audio/Visual Equipment: $50.00 fee – includes Portable PA System and setup of Projector System (renter is responsible for providing necessary connections for laptops, etc.)


Hall seating capacity: with a dance floor – 130 people without a dance floor – 175 people

Rental includes (our staff) set up and use of 8ft rectangle tables & folding chairs, and cleaning of hall after use. The renter is responsible for any decorating including putting up and taking down of decorations. Lap length linen tablecloths (white or black) for the guests’ tables are available to rent for $6.00 each. Floor length tablecovers can be provided for $20.00 each.

No outside caterers or food are allowed, with the exception of birthday or wedding cakes.

Pricing for food catering is quoted per person, and includes any sales tax (if applicable), china rentals & linens (if applicable), and labor. This pricing is determined by the menu chosen, number of guests, and type of service.


All alcohol service is through George’s Restaurant/Catering. No outside alcohol is allowed. We can provide an open bar, cash bar, or combination of both. There is a 20% gratuity added to the total bar bill for an open bar. Alcohol options available include:

Keg Beer (Domestic brands) – open bar only

Bottle Domestic Beer

Wine by the Glass – Chardonnay, Rose, Cabernet

Margaritas & Mixed (well) Drinks

Sodas & Bottle Water
